Gatley Computers provides computer repair, maintenance, and IT support services. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Repair Estimates
All repair estimates are provided after initial diagnosis. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.

While we take every precaution to protect your data, Gatley Computers is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We strongly recommend backing up your data before submitting your device for repair.
5. Collection of Devices
Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of notification of completion. Devices not collected within 90 days may be disposed of or recycled, and any outstanding fees will still be payable.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon collection of your repaired device. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For business clients, we may offer invoice terms subject to agreement.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services or any delay in providing services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all new repair orders.
